唐慧获释凸显制度弹性
8月10日清早，唐慧获释的消息让网民百感交集。
6年前，唐慧的11岁幼女被绑架强迫卖淫，遭到轮奸，染上性病，落下终身不育的疾病。在延宕6年后，法院终审判处被告两人死刑、4人无期徒刑、1人有期徒刑15年，而唐慧本人却因为多次上访“严重扰乱了单位秩序和社会秩序”而被劳教。网上民怨沸腾，正如当年邓玉娇被网民称为“烈女”，唐慧则被称为“史上最悲情的母亲”。
《人民日报》官方微博率先发帖，批评唐慧案。这条微博被转发13万次，评论4万多条。专栏作家徐达内写道：“介入唐慧事件报道的几乎所有市场化媒体，这一次集体向中国共产党最高喉舌表达谢意……《人民日报》的微博以及舆论的反响，表明‘两个舆论场’在这起事件中已实现对接。”
湖南省政法委回应称：已成立调查组赴永州调查此案办理情况。湖南省劳动教养管理委员会经复议，决定撤销对唐慧的劳教。湖南籍网民陈杰人认为：唐慧案是“民间和官员的共同胜利”。
当初唐慧千辛万苦，自己救出女儿，又以死相逼，才使有关方面启动刑事和司法程序。人民网范正伟的“人民时评”追问：“如果执法者能秉公执法、严肃办案，推动人们在法律框架下解决问题，就能减少许多不理智、甚至以偏执方式寻求说法的行为”。“天下难治，人皆以为民难治也，不知难治者非民也，官也。”
新华社“中国网事”提出：唐慧自由了留给我们的不是一个句号，其实还有一个大大的问号，这个问号指向的是屡屡引起巨大争议的“维稳式”劳教。长期关注访民问题的于建嵘教授指出：近年来信访渠道进一步拓宽，但打击迫害信访群众的情况还不同程度地存在，因上访被劳教的情况严重。全国人大代表马克宁曾正式提交建议，指出劳动教养的行政法规与宪法和《立法法》的精神不符。“杰人微语”建议：湖南不妨考虑制定本地区的《执行劳动教养制度细则》，最严格地限定劳教适用范围，并将其最终决定权转移给法院，那就善莫大焉。
不雅照疯传暴露网络丑陋
近日一组不雅照在网上疯传，裸照、官员、群交，大尺度地刺激着网民的眼球。庐江县委宣传部、合肥市外宣办已声明，照片与受到质疑的庐江县主要领导无关，属“恶意造谣中伤”。
不管最终发现不雅照主角是不是领导干部，在微博客这个大众媒介上广泛传播，轻率地指名道姓，甚至有媒体不打马赛克就刊发原图，都是对当事人隐私及其亲属人格尊严的不尊重，乃至残忍践踏。考虑到未成年人微博用户众多，不雅照比陈冠希“艳照门”危害尤甚。
“性派对”有违中国人的传统道德，完全可以严肃批评，官员的私生活更要受到严格约束。如何把为所欲为的公权力关进笼子里，离不开网络舆论的监督。但既然当事人并未公开宣扬不雅照，发生不慎外泄后，网民魏力提醒：“因为这事，他们被‘人肉搜索’，从而可能失去工作并离婚，然后就是在家里家外被人指指点点。也许，会有人因为承受不住压力自杀。到那个时候，每个传播了照片的人都是凶手……”网民“姑娘忒高兴”干脆称之为一场“看不见的杀戮”，蹂躏别人的隐私权，彼时是八卦，现在则披着正义的外衣。
互联网平台上，网民的权利与义务经常不对称，鼠标轻点就可能伤害到一个无辜者。虚拟空间的匿名发言，缺少了现实世界的自律和他律，容易剑走偏锋，网络暴力也能“血流遍地”。传播学研究表明，网上的“群体极化”倾向，是网下的两倍多。需要倡导法律意识和理性精神，守住个人表达权和他人权益、社会公德的边界，涵养国民心态。
质疑和批评刘翔不应从想象开始
8月10日，中央电视台《共同关注》节目中，演播室背景屏一幅刘翔接受治疗的图片，被细心的网民找出破绽：在赛场上右脚受伤的刘翔，竟然左脚打了绷带！节目组的官方微博发表致歉帖，解释说制作人员为使图片关键信息不被主持人和手语翻译遮挡，将该图片做了水平翻转处理。
无独有偶，央视《东方时空》节目中，记者提问“刘翔赛场上就知道自己跟腱断了吗？”一位电视同行网民听成了“刘翔赛前就知道自己跟腱断了吗？”如获至宝，在微博发帖验证刘翔受伤阴谋论。《东方时空》主持人张泉灵在个人微博隔空澄清。发帖人重看视频后，向张泉灵和《东方时空》栏目组“郑重道歉”。
每个人都有权质疑和批评刘翔。有些事情的确很符合网民对社会的观感，特别是对政府的想象，但务必谨慎核实，板上钉钉般落实每一个细节。事实的真伪比主观的喜恶更为重要。不妨用自己的声音发起质疑，不要误读或曲解他人，特别是从某个强势媒体那里印证或强化自己的想法，那恰恰是不自信的表现。
