西部网讯(陕西广播电视台《都市热线》 记者亢凯 王译 李真)陕西广播电视台《都市热线》节目播出有警察涉嫌“设伏抓嫖”调查后，引起了西安市公安局新城分局的高度关注和重视，他们连夜对于辖区内的所有浴足店进行了排查。并着手对“设伏抓嫖”一事展开调查。
取证视频：“此时此刻在浴足店里有一个身穿制服和另外一个男子，他们出来了，抓了一个身穿白颜色T恤的男子……”这段视频是昨天《都市热线》亢凯情报站报道的“设伏抓嫖”调查。节目播出后引起了西安市公安局新城分局的高度重视。
分局公安民警昨晚连夜召开紧急会议，并对胡家庙派出所辖区内的粉红浴足店进行了集中突查。
昨晚民警共查处了胡家庙派出所辖区内的4家粉红浴足店，并在浴足店内搜查到了避孕套等计生用品，之后对门面进行了查封，将按摩女及老板等人带回了警方接受进一步调查。
很多观众朋友关心的是民警的连夜工作下，事件的真相能否大白于天下。今天一大早西安市公安局新城分局的政法委书记带着几位民警找到了栏目组，希望通过记者的素材来找到更多关于此事的线索。
民警：“这个是穿着警服是吧？”
记者：“对，而且据我们记者讲是有警号和警徽的，这个稍微有点远，但大概能看到一个是寸头，一个是短发。”
不放过每一个画面，对疑似警察的男子，记者逐帧播放视频，民警仔细观察，并对出现的便衣男子以及发廊女拍摄了照片，保留比对信息，而整个观看视频的过程持续了一个多小时。
西安市新城分局纪委书记王晓峰：“这种行为性质非常严重，看到以后非常震惊。如果真是社会上流传的警察设伏、钓鱼执法的情况，我们依照记者密拍的情况为线索，依照刑法够敲诈，立刑事案件坚决打击，涉及民警的，依照党纪国法，会严肃处理。这一点没有任何迁就的余地。”

新城警方正式回应
对于此事，今天新城警方做出了官方回应。
记者：“现在距离我们情报站播出已经过去了20多个小时了，作为胡家庙和韩森寨的上级主管部门，西安市公安局新城分局又会有怎样的回应呢？”
记者：“昨天我们的节目您有没有收看？”
西安市公安局新城分局副局长赵小奇：“晚上十二点以后，我们接到通知以后，分局在家值班的干警大部分都收看了《都市热线》这个节目。”
记者：“对于我们的报道你们有什么意见吗？”
西安市公安局新城分局副局长赵小奇：“对于你们的报道，我们相信报道基本是属实的，我们看了以后都非常震惊，又非常气愤，分局党委晚上八点就调集各个部门召开了紧急会议，成立了相应的专案组，进行全方位的调查。”
记者：“这是一个什么样的专案组？”
西安市公安局新城分局副局长赵小奇：“这个专案组我们可以说要分对内和对外两部分，对内我们的纪检督察，由我们的纪委书记率领，对涉及到我们的内部人员参与这次事件或者案件的人员进行全方位的调查；对外的我们对这些人，挖坑执法、教育执法，我们也进行全面检查，由刑警大队、治安大队和当地派出所组成调查组进行全面调查。”
西安市公安局新城分局副局长赵小奇：“要求派出所通过视频，通过派出所的录像，在这段时间内，把所有的进出人员和这些作案人员长相相似的人员进行比对以及辨认，我们公安分局的局长和我们党委一班人态度非常坚决，不除这群害群之马或者是这一伙冒充公安人员进行敲诈勒索的人员进行坚决打击，绝不姑息迁就。”
