杨舒：据香港电台报道，河南一批艾滋病患者昨天上午聚集在河南郑州的省政府大楼外，他们要求政府进一步落实艾滋病救助、扶助政策。现场聚集超过200名艾滋病患者，他们希望政府向因输血感染艾滋病的人赔偿经济损失，以及帮助他们的子女学费等等。现场有消息说他们要求会见官员，但是郑州警察用警棍殴打一些艾滋病患者。后来经确认后，上访人士昨天下午已经逐步散去，目前还不知道他们的诉求有没有得到回应。
