延安8·26特大交通事故中内蒙古自治区呼运集团（下文简称“呼运集团”）8名犯罪嫌疑人，因涉嫌重大责任事故罪，9月5日和6日，分别被安塞县公安局刑事拘留。目前，案件正在进一步侦查中。8月26日凌晨2时40分，包茂高速安塞段由北向南K484﹢95米处，呼运集团“蒙AK1475”卧铺客车与一辆河南运送甲醇的重型罐车追尾，造成甲醇泄漏、客车起火，36人遇难，3人受伤。
安塞县公安局对8·26特大交通事故进行立案侦查，对该案中涉及重大责任事故的嫌疑人员进行调查取证，经前期侦查，内蒙古呼运集团8名犯罪嫌疑人涉嫌重大责任事故罪，需追究刑事责任。
目前已刑事拘留的8名犯罪嫌疑人中，有呼运集团的高管、呼运集团分公司的经理、肇事车辆车主和乘务员，以及呼运集团安全员、GPS当日值班员。
据了解，重大责任事故罪，情节特别恶劣的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。对涉嫌重大责任事故罪的特大交通事故进行追责已有先例。去年7月22日发生在京珠高速信阳段的特大交通事故中，就有10人因涉嫌重大责任事故罪被批准逮捕。
对话嫌疑人
呼运集团安全技术部部长高小军
“很对不起，我很抱歉”
“我2001年开始从事客运工作，2009年11月担任集团安全技术部部长。这么多年了，没想到能出这么大的事。”呼运集团安全技术部部长高小军称，当日凌晨2时40分发生的车祸，自己凌晨5时40分左右才知道的，当时只知道车辆损毁、伤亡特别大，但没有太多的消息；直到早晨7时左右，才知道遇难者人数达30余人。
昨日，在安塞县看守所一脸胡茬的高小军边叹息边告诉记者：“对36名遇难者的家属，我想说很对不起，我很抱歉。”
高小军称，还来不及考虑个人后果，这些天一直处于内疚、自责之中。他说：“家里人可能还不知道我被刑拘了，我也顾不上跟家人联系，孩子明年要考大学，现在牵挂孩子。”
昨日在看守所，呼运集团公司副总经理史全伟，穿着深蓝色运动服，头发有些脏，脸色憔悴。他在铁栏后面坐下来后，一听说是记者采访，立刻站起来摆摆手拒绝，扭头回了羁押自己的监室。
蒙AK1475车主郭永正
“等我出来，会关注遇难者家属，想帮他们”
“我现在还很麻木，以后不敢养客车了。”昨日，呼运集团“蒙AK1475”卧铺客车的车主和运营人郭永正告诉记者，“以后等我出来了，我会关注遇难者家属的生活情况，想帮一帮他们。”
郭永正称，出事的卧铺客车是2010年年初买的，花了67万元，除了这辆车跑呼和浩特至西安的线路，自己还有一辆同样车型的车跑这条线。现在，另一辆车已停运，“以后不敢养车了，可能也不能再从事这个行业，风险太大”。
善后进展
35名遇难者家属大多获赔50万元-60万元
延安8·26特大交通事故共有36人遇难。其中，有35名遇难者的家属经过DNA鉴定、比对，找到了自己不幸遇难的亲人。截至昨日，这35名遇难者的家属全部签署了赔偿协议，领到的赔偿数额大多在50万元至60万元左右。此次交通事故中，目前只剩下一名遇难者的身份还未确认、家属还未找到。
据悉，事故发生后，安塞交警大队第一时间赶到现场，进行维护、施救、交通疏导工作，并配合延安市有关部门，进行事故善后处理工作。这些遇难者家属在事故现场祭奠遇难亲人时，安塞交警大队进行护送。
安塞县公安局抽调刑警大队技术中队，配合延安市公安局技术部门，对遇难者进行血样采集，同时抽调民警赶赴河南、内蒙等地，配合事故调查组对整个事故展开调查取证工作，并妥善安排此次事故的善后处理事宜。
昨日，安塞县公安局局长宋春鹤说：“一定要充分认识8·26特大事故对遇难者家属造成的无可挽回的损失，给这些家庭带来的沉痛打击，让事故最后妥善处理。”
西安800公里以下长途车确保零点前到目的地
本报讯（记者段晓宁） 9月5日起，陕西省交通运输系统集中整治“两客一危”，逐线逐车落实辖区长途和卧铺客车中途休息点。西安两大长途客运站已对800公里以下的长途班线发车时间进行调整，确保班车在零时前抵达目的地。
9 月6日起，陕西省西安汽车站对800公里以下的长途班线发车时间进行调整，涉及的线路共有40多条，直到9月10日调整完毕。“一个原则，就是这些班车必须在零点之前抵达目的地，不能夜间行驶。”车站相关人士表示，这些线路主要是发往相邻省份城市的，如太原、郑州、银川、长治等。
三府湾客运站站长秦敬宇表示，800公里以内的长途班次发车时间都已提前，调整了7条线路的32辆车，主要发往甘肃、河南、山西、宁夏等省份的线路。
