原标题：延安826特大交通事故被定性为“危险物品肇事案”
中广网西安9月23日消息（记者雷恺）记者从延安市公安局了解到，延安826特大交通事故被定性为“826危险物品肇事案”，罐车驾驶员兼押运员闪某、张某已经被刑拘。截至目前，此次交通事故已有10人被刑拘。
8月26日凌晨2时40分许，包茂高速公路安塞段发生一起双层卧铺客车与运送甲醇罐车追尾碰撞交通事故，事故中客车司乘人员36人死亡，3人受伤。记者从安塞县公安局了解到，“826”特大交通事故中，该罐车的驾驶员兼押运员闪某、张某从匝道违法驶入高速公路后，在高速公路上低速行驶，导致发生事故。
经安塞县公安局初步侦查，发生事故后，罐车驾驶员没有立即给公安机关报警和所属单位报告，没有采取必要的救援措施。河南省孟州市汽车运输有限责任公司的驾驶员兼押运员张某、闪某的行为涉嫌危险物品肇事罪。
