原标题：华山游客被捅案告破 两嫌疑人自首均为“倒票党”

西部网讯 华阴公安局官方网站10月5日发布公告，称“10.2”华山游客被捅伤一案已经成功告破，两名嫌疑人已投案自首，两人均为华阴市农民。

公告称，10月2日晚22时30分许，内蒙籍游客董立文及妻王娇在华山景区东山门停车场被人用刀捅伤，送往华阴市人民医院救治。此案引起各级新闻媒体关注。渭南市、华阴市两级党委、政府和渭南市公安局领导高度重视，相继作出批示，责成华阴市公安局立即成立专案组，快速侦破案件。华阴市公安局迅速成立了由局长陶水龙挂帅、主管刑侦副局长刘宏选为组长的专案班子，抽调20余名精干民警开展案件侦破。

专案组通过调查走访、调取监控录像、对受害人进行询问等大量艰苦工作，10月4日获取重要线索，刘渭军（又名刘文军，男，28岁，华阴市岳庙办下曲城村农民）、王琪（男，20岁，华阴市太华办城南村农民）有重大作案嫌疑。专案组一方面加大追捕力度，另一方面敦促其亲属规劝其投案自首。迫于新闻媒体、社会舆论和公安机关的威慑，10月5日早刘渭军、王琪到华阴市公安局投案自首。

经审查，二人交代，10月2日晚，刘渭军和王琪在华山东山门低价收购下山游客门票，然后到售票窗口排队原价退票时，刘渭军和游客董立文发生争吵，继而发生打架，相互追逐中董立文之妻王娇跑了过来，刘渭军掏出折叠刀朝王娇背部捅了两刀；王琪也掏出折叠刀，二人将董立文捅了九刀。见身着制服的工作人员过来，二人立即逃离现场。

目前，刘渭军、王琪已被华阴警方以涉嫌故意伤害罪刑事拘留。案件正在进一步侦查之中。
