德国世界报记者：我想问一个关于劳教的问题。在这个司法改革白皮书中，我们没有看到提到这个问题。为什么这个问题还没有得到解决？特别是考虑到有很多人大代表都呼吁废除劳教制度。
姜伟：谢谢您对这个问题的关注。劳教制度是由中国立法机关批准的法律制度，有法律依据。劳教制度为维护我国的社会秩序发挥了重要作用。当然，劳教制度的一些规定和认定程序也存在问题。改革劳动教养制度已经形成社会共识，相关部门作了大量的调研论证工作，广泛听取了专家学者和人大代表的意见和建议，正在研究具体的改革方案。谢谢。
