    伴随着海峡两岸的和谐融通,北京市鼎鉴律师事务所应运而生。一个专业化、精品化、时代化，以专门从事台湾法律事务为主的综合性合伙制律师事务所正在形成和完善。

Director Oration

Beijing Dingjian Law Firm has been established with the general harmonization of the cross-trait relationship in China. A comprehensive partnership law firm, professionalized, high-qualified, modernized, and specialized in Taiwan-related legal affairs, is emerging and self-improving.

Dingjian Law Firm is committed to the service to Taiwan merchants, pursues justice and the maintenance of the unilateral maximum profits of our clients, diligently, responsibly, precisely, lawfully, and cautiously. Our team of lawyers of Dingjian Law Firm plays an important role in various new law fields, promoting the commercial transactions on both sides of the Taiwan Straits, maintaining the legal rights of Taiwan merchants, investing capital from the mainland China to Taiwan, and being gradually well-recognized and received by Taiwan merchants and other local and international clients.

Since recommended to be the director of Dingjian Law Firm, I’ve been deeply concerned about my responsibility, and I’m afraid my limited knowledge would not come up to your expectations. Fortunately, with your assistance, Taiwan merchants’ supports, all circles’ trusts, as well as our colleagues’ cooperation, Dingjian Law Firm has already had a good beginning, and will hopefully achieve a lot in the future!

“The road ahead will be long and our climb will be steep.” The group of lawyers in Dingjian Law Firm are drawing a blueprint of and building a legal bridge between both sides of the straits. Dingjian Law Firm is exercising the significant concept of “one country, two systems”, and devoting itself to the revival of nationhood, as well as the harmonious communication between the mainland China and Taiwan!
