    1990年毕业于北京大学法律系，曾任中外合资企业法律事务高级管理职务，熟悉涉外相关法律法规和实务操作；熟悉国内民商法、公司法等专业知识，并有丰富的律师从业经验；多次参与重大涉外项目合作的谈判及相关法律事务；参与股份制企业的创办及企业改制、并购等相关业务；精通公司运作中的法律实务，担任多家单位和企业法律顾问，主办或参与多起重大诉讼案件。擅长外商投资、金融、资产重组、破产清算、合同纠纷、房地产、知识产权保护等方面的非诉和诉讼业务。

    现为北京市百瑞律师事务所合伙人，中国政法大学兼职教授。
